继去年获得热烈的反应后,Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur酒店再次诚邀米其林星级名厨Chef Marcello Fabbri担任客席主厨,119日至23一连五天亲临酒店5楼的Villa Danieli意大利餐厅,限时呈献一项独家意大利飨宴。这场飨宴的收费为每位RM 220 nett若配以美酒则收费RM380 nett
感恩再次受邀出席并品尝由Chef Marcello Fabbri精心打造的佳肴美馔(去年的分享,请按),为此我深感荣幸。
贵为德国Weimar Hotel Elephant 米其林一星餐厅- Restaurant Anna Amalia总厨的  Chef Marcello Fabbri凭着逾20年的丰富经验,呈献出经典且不失创意的意大利佳肴,完美地诠释出正宗意大利的风情。

率先上桌的精致切片吞拿鱼,肉质鲜嫩鲜甜,口感也恰到好处,不仅为味蕾带来多层次的口感,亦是一道赏心悦目的头盘,加上和pairing的白葡萄酒格外搭,为这场飨宴掀开近乎完美的序幕。

采用澳洲顶级安格斯牛肉主理的牛扒,特选前腰脊肉部分,半成熟牛肉呈淡淡的粉红色,色泽诱人之余肉质亦细致滑嫩,搭配矜贵的黑松露后更大大地提升了其奢华度。
整体而言,无论卖相和味道皆一律不欺场,另pairing的红酒更让人陶醉其中,幸福感满满。
